The Phoenix is an opening created by yours truly based on developing both Knights against both 1.e4 or 1.d4 making it no only versatile, but likely to get your opponent out of book as early as move two! I was curious if such a daring approach could be made into a viable option. So armed with the strongest cloud engines and correspondence games, I believe I have managed to make this opening "rise from the ashes".
